Ash Parker proved to be “Top Gun” as he blazed to victory in the latest Lossie Phantoms Single Player competition with not only the top score, but also the fastest completion time on Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. Warren Marsland and Dean Bowditch were left in his mightily impressive wake as he flew his Typhoon FGR4 into the danger zone and executed the Erusean Forces.

The event saw the challengers fly into “Operation Deer Horn.” In the game, this was one of the earliest engagements during the legendary Lighthouse War. The battle saw Erusean forces attempt to destroy the International Union Peacekeeping Force detachment stationed at Fort Grays Island.

The event saw all participants flying with the world leading Generation 4.5 Eurofighter Typhoon, equipped with Meteor and ASRAAM missiles, a 27mm Gun and many chaffs and flares.

Using their HUDs, feels for the jet, instincts and a PS4, everybody who participated posted a competitive time, but it was Ash who proved to be on a Level with aviation fighting legends such as the Red Baron and the Ghost of Kyiv.

This was the 8th event that the committee have held within the Station Cinema Club at the Barrel and Bean. One more event to go for 2022 will see contenders competing in Wipeout… Who will reign supreme? Come on down and find!
